OklouChoke Enough

Marylou Mayniel handles silence as effectively as she does synthesis, letting her breathy vocals drift over arrangements that feel both vast and strangely intimate. There is a specific patience to this music, where R&B sensibilities are filtered through a misty, digital lens. It avoids the typical clutter of pop production, opting instead for glowing synth pads and a sense of weightless suspension. It sounds like a quiet internal dialogue, capturing that peculiar clarity found in the early hours of the morning.
